Although Carbon Dream begun working within the aftermarket motorbike's industry, things grew very quickly as we entered the automotive world. The automotive industry has given us the challenges necessary to become what we are today, amongst the leaders in advanced composite manufacturing in the world. This expertise that we have developed over the years has since being adopted by clients from other industries such as motorsports and aerospace, although with often very different requirements and goals. Our current state allows us to focus on one-off prototypes to large scale production of parts, thanks mostly to the state of the art facilities run by a team of experts.
Carbon dream will take care of all tooling for moulding and post-processing the composite parts. All tools can either be manufactured or outsourced to a network of suppliers.
Carbon Dream’s clean room hosts 20 experienced laminators. Every working station is equipped with all the tools necessary for producing the highest quality composite parts, while being time efficient.
The autoclave area have 4 autoclaves of different dimension, alla t 220 degrees Celsius and 8 bar of pressure. Our autoclaves will store in their memory the curing cycle and temperatures of each component.
